Welcome to FOKA Play. By accessing our website, testing our Demo, playing the Free Beta, or joining our early-access waitlist, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

Part I: Terms of Service

  1. 1. Age Requirement & Consent (18+)

    FOKA Play and its sensory experiences (including The Touch Marathon, Kiss Marathon, and Combo Marathon) are strictly designed for consenting adults aged 18 and over (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By entering this platform, confirming age prompts, or interacting with our games, you certify that you meet this requirement and consent to viewing and participating in adult-oriented relationship content.

  2. 2. Nature of the Product & Development Status

    FOKA Play is an evolving ecosystem of gamified intimate experiences for couples.

    • Demo Version: A compressed, non-persisted preview designed to showcase interface mechanics and wheel behavior.
    • Free Beta Version: A fully playable web session intended for real-time testing and user feedback.
    • Upcoming Premium & Premium Plus: Advanced versions (featuring 3-day passes, binaural audio, synced dynamics, and deep content) are currently in active development.

    You acknowledge that software in Demo or Beta stages is provided "as-is" and may contain minor bugs, placeholder text, or temporary structural limitations as we refine the experience.

  3. 3. Intended Use & Personal Responsibility

    FOKA Play provides a structured, gamified framework to encourage connection and playfulness between partners.

    • All activities, prompts, and physical actions suggested within our experiences are entirely voluntary.
    • Users remain solely responsible for ensuring mutual consent, comfort, and safety with their partner at all times during play.
    • FOKA Play is an entertainment tool and is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or medical advice.

  4. 4. Intellectual Property

    All branding, visual designs, wheel mechanics ("Controlled Chaos" logic), custom prompt structures, and site copy are the exclusive intellectual property of FOKA Play. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reverse engineering of our mechanics is strictly prohibited.

Part II: Privacy Policy

  1. 5. Zero In-Game Tracking & Private Play

    Your intimate life belongs strictly to you and your partner.

    • No In-Game Personal Data: We do not track, record, or store what happens during your gaming sessions.
    • No Microphones or Cameras: FOKA Play does not require access to your device's microphone, camera, or personal contacts to function.
    • Local Session Execution: Game loops, wheel spins, and session progress run locally within your web browser.

  2. 6. Email Collection & Usage

    We practice minimal data collection. We only collect your email address when you voluntarily provide it (e.g., requesting Member access, joining the Premium waitlist, or completing our post-game survey).

    How we use your email:

    • To deliver direct access links to the available versions.
    • To send your 3-day Premium reward access code upon submitting survey feedback.
    • To notify you about major platform updates, new marathon releases (Kiss Marathon, Combo Marathon), or early-access pricing.

    We use secure, industry-standard service providers (such as Mailchimp) to manage our mailing list. We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with third parties.

  3. 7. Voluntary Feedback & Surveys

    Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions submitted through our post-game survey or contact form are used exclusively to improve FOKA Play. Reviews may be processed anonymously to refine game balance, pacing, and mechanics.

  4. 8. Unsubscribe & Data Deletion

    You maintain full control over your information:

    • You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
    • Upon unsubscribing, your email address is permanently purged from our active distribution lists.
